I like that every few hours the doorbell rings and yet another package arrives containing some kind of goody.
Today I got my necklace (which included a sweet note from the seller along with a present...a pearl ring! I had mentioned I was purchasing the necklace for my wedding.) I ordered from Etsy. A few hours later we received a gift from our registry (I think. I am not opening anything until after the wedding. Luck and all.). Then Kenny checked the mail and found the hairpins I ordered. Plus, the shipment tracking tells me my order from crewcuts (the girls' rehearsal dinner dresses..and perhaps a shirt for me, too.) will be here today also.
I loooved that part of our wedding too! Where are you guys registered?
ReplyDeleteBed, Bath, and Beyond. Plus Kenny asked some of his family members (who were getting gift cards) for GC from either Lowe's or Home Depot. One of the two, I can't remember... Honestly, we didn't really register for much. It was hard to come up with things we wanted, because we bought a lot of new things when we moved into this house two years ago. I mean, don't get me wrong, I managed to come up with some things!
ReplyDeleteWe were the same way...there just wasn't much we NEEDED...between the two of us we had plenty...plus some! We ended up getting ALL kitchen items for gifts...most are still in the boxes or have been given away. (not regifted...just given away! lol)
